I regularly do test shoots with models just to keep working and developing my craft, do creative projects but also to get to know more models so that when clients want me to do castings I know who I can safely recommend. Darian Castillo is not only a model, she is also a dancer. I love to work with dancers because they typically move very gracefully so they often look great on video as well. We started with swimwear photos on a beautiful day at the southernmost tip of South Beach. Miami Beach is still one of the greatest beaches I have ever seen, especially on summer mornings, the water is often really calm and glassy and it looks like you’re really in the Caribbean.
